| This is a stunning Nuart lamp, circa 1920 - 1930, one of Nuarts best! This rare lamp features two
spectacular nudes holding aloft a rare vintage 1930's white glass crackle globe. This lamp is unmarked, but
but unmistakably Nuart. Condition is very good. Finish is the original 'Frankart green', and still very
presentable. There are a few paint chips missing, but it's still very presentable, and only adds to the vintage feel
of the lamp. These 8" crackle glass globes are getting almost impossible to find in any color. The white glass
is nice because you can change the bulb and have a different color whenever you want. Before the lamp leaves
here it will be rewired for safety including the switch. White metal base is free of dents, cracks, or other damage
or repairs. Glass shade is in excellent condition with no cracks or chips, and only the most minor rim fitter chips,
which are common and not visible when assembled. |
