A rare neon advertising sign for Southern Comfort, late 1940's - early 1950's. Made by Lackner Clocks. Features a 3 dimensional sculptured southern paddle boat on river, surrounded by internal white neon tube. Made of metal and glass, with reverse painting. Chrome strips on side add to the unique deco styling. Condition is very good with only moderate wear. No loss of paint, no dents, no cracks on the body. There are a few dings in the metal band at the top. Wiring is good, neon works well.
